Strategic Investment Plan: Enterprising Communities

Creating  and developing local access points for local people to access learning and employment opportunities. 

Collaborative working has been developed between training providers in the Sparkbrook, Sparkhill and Tyseley area, to help respond to the changing skill development needs of the area.

The positive outcomes of this are:

• Raising the aspiration of communities
• Developing long lasting sustainable partnership between public and voluntary agencies
• Ensuring the co-ordination of training provision and employment services in local communities
• Community training facilities and learning centres in schools are established
